I am full on craving something I once heard a bartender talking about — a fish stick sandwich. So I am going to go to the store and buy some fish sticks. I don’t think I have eaten fish sticks since I maybe had them in the cafeteria back in high school, which was a million years ago at this point. Anyway, I am going to buy fish sticks, and brioche buns, and I am going to make this tartar sauce, though not in that quantity, for fucks sake who would need that much tartar sauce… anyway, I think it will be good. I will make sure to take a picture.
